Dr. Foo Fatt Kah

Dr Foo has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity investments, financial advisory and consulting. He started his career as an equity analyst specialising in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector in Europe, working at Robert Fleming & Co, Barings Securities and Paribas Capital Markets in London, UK. In Asia, he has lived and worked both in Hong Kong and Singapore with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Bank) and Societe General (SG). He was latterly Head of Asian Equities and Co-Head of the Investment Bank for SG Securities Asia covering 10 Asian countries. He was the Asian Venture Partner for Aravis Ventures, a global venture capital firm specializing in Biotechnology and Energy investments between 2004~2012. Dr. Foo is qualified in Medicine (M.B., B. Ch., B.A.O.) and Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University, UK.

Kwan Chee Seng

Chee Seng has over 30 years of experience in management and investment as a businessman and as an investor, particularly in the area of Mergers and Acquisition (M&A). In 2001, he acquired various local and international operations from the engineering division of SGX Mainboard-listed Van der Horst Limited (now known as Interra Resources Limited). After the acquisition, he restructured and rationalised the acquired entities, and successfully divested them with significant returns. Besides being the Chairman of his investment holding company, Chee Seng has sat on the Boards of numerous listed companies as a major shareholder. Presently, he is a Non-Executive Director and a major shareholder of ASX-listed Variscan Mines Limited. Since 1 March 2013, he has also been appointed as an Executive Director of SGX Mainboard-listed GRP Limited and is responsible for the Group's property business development. He is also a Non-Executive Director of SGX Catalist-listed Starland Holdings Limited, an 83.5% indirectly-owned subsidiary of GRP Limited. Thus, he brings to Luminor a unique set of skills with an M&A angle.

Bernard Teh

Bernard Teh has over 25 years' experience in private equity investments, venture capital, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, international operations and asset management. He is presently the Managing Partner of Abacus Capital Group, a Hong Kong-based private investment and advisory firm, where he serves as a consultant, advisor, investor and board member to several private early to mid-stage companies operating in a diverse range of industries including internet, software, new media, and communications, retail, healthcare and consumer products among others. He was previously a Principal in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's (DLJ) Global Private Equity Group, serving as its Head of Asia between 1995 and 1999. Prior to this, Mr. Teh was a corporate development advisor for a private family business group that owns and manages several international apparel brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Pepe Jeans and Michael Kors. From 1991-1995, he was an investment director at CEF New Asia Partners. Mr. Teh began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in New York. He received is BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr Lawrence Chin

Dr Lawrence Chin has extensive investing and operating experience in technology startups, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). His prior experience includes 10 years as a senior investment professional at Bio*One Capital, a global healthcare fund that manages over US$750M in investments. Dr Chin has assumed senior managerial positions as well as Board Director roles in companies in Asia, Europe and USA. He has a diverse background in clinical medicine, medical services and health insurance, and also previously worked for the global insurance firm AXA. Dr Chin is qualified in Medicine (M.B., B.S.) and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Australia.
